How long does shipping take?
We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location within the United States.
What is the shelf life of your tea bags?
Our tea is packed for maximum freshness. When stored in a cool, dry place, our tea bags maintain their peak flavor for up to 18-24 months.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and to APO/FPO addresses to ensure our customers receive their orders as quickly and affordably as possible.
What is your return policy?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on tea. However, if your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 30 days for a replacement.
